Política de reembolso

If you aren’t happy with your purchase please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. You can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full exchange or refund. On shipments under $25 we will deduct the cost of shipping. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning your item.

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Please keep the original packaging for insured items as it will be required to file a claim.

If the item is damaged  no refund will be issued. Please package the item using the same care and amount of protective padding that it had when it left us. YOU MUST INSURE YOUR RETURN, especially for higher priced orders, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items that you are shipping back.

Any approved return over $100 is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned orders that were purchased with a gift certificate will receive a merchandise credit.
